75 g flour hunkue.
25 g of rice flour.
Gravy ingredients:
200 ml coconut milk alone.

1 pandan leaves, cut into 3.
2 pieces of brown sugar, fine comb.
150 ml of water.
How to make
A. cendol:
- Mix the flour and rice flour hunkue with 200 ml of water.
- Cook the remaining water to boil with pandan essence.
- Enter the solution while stirring rapidly hunkue flour until translucent and cooked through. Lift.
- Prepare the mold dawet, put on a bowl of ice water.
- Pour the batter into the mold cendol cendol-press and press until the grains dawet fell into the basin.
- Drain, soak in cold boiled water to harden cendol, Set aside.
2. gravy:
- Boil the coconut milk together all ingredients to a boil. Remove, strain and chill.
