Red Beans are rich in folic acid, calcium, complex carbohydrates, fiber, and protein is high. The content of complex carbohydrates and high in fiber which makes red beans can lower blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients: 

200 grams of red beans, wash, soak 
2 pieces of plantain, steamed, cut into pieces 
10 eyes jackfruit, cut into pieces 
1/2 cup thick coconut milk from 1/4 coconut 
2 pieces of pandan leaves 
3 cups water 
Ice cubes to taste 
Sweetened condensed milk to taste.


How to Make: 
  • Cook water, pandan, red bean until tender. Lift. 
  • Serve beans with plantains, jackfruit, coconut milk, ice cubes, sweetened condensed milk.
