Ingredients

1 small box of black cincau, diced
200 gr cendol dawet ijo
1 tbsp basil seeds
Enough ice cubes
Liquid Sugar Telang Ingredients:
1 handful Dried telang flowers
100 ml of water
150 gr granulated sugar / taste
Coconut milk soup ingredients:
400 ml of water
1 bks instant coconut milk
1 lbr pandan leaves
1/4 tsp salt

Steps
  • Boil water, telang flowers and granulated sugar until the water thickens and the water turns pitch blue. (Occasionally stirred). Then strain and cool.



  • Cook the water with coconut milk, knot pandan leaves and salt, low heat while stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Let it cool.



  • While waiting for the cold, prepare other ingredients, cut black dice, soak basil seeds with boiled water.


  • Prepare a glass, add telang tea to taste, give cendol, cincau and basil seeds, pour coconut milk. Serve.
