Ingredients
200 gr chakra wheat flour
200 gr granulated sugar
350 ml warm water
1 tbsp instant yeast
65 ml instant coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
To taste rose, yellow, light green dye
2. Stir well and then strain so as not to twist. Cover the dough with a napkin, let stand for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes stir in the dough until deflated.
3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, dye enough into each dough (rose, yellow, green)
4. Thinly grease the mold with oil. Then pour the dough into the flakes. Before heating the steamer, steam for 15 minutes. Cover the dandang coated with napkins so that the water does not drip.
5.Remove then remove from mold and ready to serve
