Gudeg is a typical food of yogyakarta city with a characteristic sweet food. Here's how to create this food menu

Ingredients
 for 5 servings
500 gr cutlet young jackfruit2, wash thoroughly
5 duck eggs
5 pieces skin tofu
1500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut grain
2 bags of black teabags
100g palm sugar (reduce if you don't like it too sweet)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp powdered broth

Spices:
1 btg lemongrass
3 lbr bay leaves
4 lbr orange leaves
3 galangal finger segments, geprek

Mashed seasoning:
7 onions
3 cloves garlic
4 grains pecans
1 tbsp coriander

Step Step
  • Boil duck eggs until cooked, after cold peel the shell, set aside.


  • Arrange the seasoning on the bottom of the pan, put the young jackfruit, add the eggs and tofu the skin.




  • Give fine seasoning, palm sugar and tea bags, pour coconut milk 1 ltr, give salt and powdered broth, cook until boiling over medium heat tends to be large.



  • After boiling turn down the heat (very small), and cover the pan, cook until the water is almost finished (1 hour). Open the pan and stir slowly, then add the remaining coconut milk 500 ml, continue to cook again until the water runs out, turn off the heat and discard the teabag.


  • Best served with fried chili sauce and chicken opor, but this is really delicious
