Ingredients:
- 1000 ml water
- 1 ginger segment, crushed
- 2 lemongrass stalks, crushed
- 2 orange leaves
- 10 cloves
- 5 cardamom pods
- 5 cm cinnamon
- 1 handful of sappan wood
- Sugar cubes to taste




How to make:

- Boil water in a saucepan, add all ingredients except sugar cubes.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Put sugar cubes into a glass, pour hot wedang uwuh, stir until sugar cubes dissolve.
- Wedang uwuh is ready to enjoy.
